Wesfardell began as a video rental shop in Marikina City and expanded to Capiz with its first local branch on Magallanes Street, Roxas City, bringing home entertainment to families across the province.

Pioneered local broadcast entertainment by launching an 8-channel Community Antenna Television (CATV) system based at Arnaldo Boulevard, connecting Capisnon households to television news and global entertainment.
Fiber to the Home (FTTH)
Transitioned into next-generation telecommunications, rolling out high-performance Fiber to the Home across Roxas City and expanding to Panay and Mambusao with bundled Cable TV.
